What does "La quatrième gourmande" mean?

Julia Child, American chef extraordinaire, began her cooking career while stationed in France. She, along with Simone Beck and Louisette Bertholle, founded their own cooking school in Paris called L'Ecole des trois gourmandes, which translates to "School of the Three Food Lovers." Well, as you might have guessed, quatrième means "fourth." I am the fourth Food Lover!
